Talon perfboard hooks not only lock in place, they don’t require the use of any extra fasteners to do it. A specially designed expanding anchor is actuated by simply pushing on a self-contained pin. When the hook needs to be repositioned, the cross-slots in the pin allow it to be unscrewed for instant reuse.

Well-thought-out solution to the 'floppy hook' problemThey are held firmly by a pin whose end is expanded with a screw, a bit like a molly. When you want to remove them, you back the screw out with a phillips head screwdriver and pull them off.The manufacturer might expand the shapes offered--at this writing, nothing for hammers or chisels. I'm sure they will get to it.

These hooks are great because they allow you to move them after you realize you put them in the wrong place to begin with. Even better - they stay in place (until you decide to move them yet again...).
