For starters, the enclosed back allows you to actually scoop up liquid spills – try that with any other pan! The “bowed” leading edge creates a seal when pushed tight against the floor, preventing the escape of small debris. An ergonomically shaped “over-the-top” handle is located closer to the load center, is easier to grab than normal dust pan handles, and won’t fold up like the frying pan style handles. Made of powder coated galvanized steel for long life, the scoop pan is easy to keep clean too.
