8" Variable Speed Grinding Center
This 8" variable speed grinding center is designed to complete a variety of projects – grinding, deburring, paint removal and sharpening. The powerful 1/2 HP motor operates at a variable speed of 1,775 to 3,250 RPM. The cast iron base provides stability and reduces vibration during operation. The 14" flex light (bulb not included) has an independent switch to allow for set up without turning on the grinding center. The unit comes with an 8" open wire wheel and an 8" 60 grit abrasive wheel. The included wheel dresser will help maintain the abrasive wheel grinding surface. The unit includes tool rests, eye shields, and spark arrestors to meet OSHA requirements. Imported. *Drop shipped from manufacturer.

Haven't used it much but from what I've seen I like. There were a couple of burrs from manufacture that needed... grinding... before the tool rest assembly would lay flat. A job made easier with... the grinder. Oh, and variable speed is definitely the way to go.
