Now there is a drywall anchor that lets you know when it is properly installed and that stays in place when you remove the fastener. Toggler’s new SnapSkru SP self-drilling drywall anchor is easy to install, has an audible “pop” when the screw has penetrated far enough to open the anchor legs, and won’t unthread itself if you need to remove the screw. To install, simply thread the anchor into 3/8" to 5/8" thick drywall until the flange is flush with the surface. Then use a #6 to #10 screw that is at least 1-1/4" longer than the thickness of the item to be secured. When the SnapSkru “pops”, the anchor is properly installed. Package of 20. Made in the USA.
