Years ago my cousin awoke one night to discover that the sagging ceiling plaster over her bed had finally let go! If my uncle had known about these nifty plaster washers, my cousin probably wouldn’t have had such a story to tell. If you are living in an older home with plaster walls and ceilings, you’ve probably experienced sagging plaster too, especially when the plaster is attached to wooden lath. Use these handy washers with any #8 flat head screw to spread the load, and pull the plaster back against the lath. They have a special corrosion resistant coating to prevent bleeding, and 4 holes which promotes the base coat bond with the washer. Four prongs lock into the plaster or rigid foam insulation to prevent spinning during installation. Washers are 1-1/4" in diameter and measure about .024" thick (less than 1/32") Made in USA.
Note: Screws not included with washers.

I used it to secure foam to the uninsulated wall of my bathroom.
