This is the “big gun” in the 12 volt Bosch family. Developing a full 220 inch-pounds of torque, this driver/drill provides 2.2 times more torque than the competitors’ models. It features a single sleeve, 3/8" keyless chuck allowing you to use drill bits, hole saws, spade bits, and more. At 2.4 pounds, it’s light enough to use overhead. LED lights illuminate the work area for added convenience. The kit includes two lithium ion batteries, a 30-minute charger, and a carrying case. Uses ¼” hex shank ball detent bits only. Tool made in Malaysia, charger made in China.

I have 2 of these drills. I've used them a TON. I am a Closet Shelving installer. I've drilled/drove TENS of THOUSANDS of holes/screws with this drill. I can drive a TON of #8x2" SPAX screws without changing batteries. Stop to take a 15 min break? Top off your battery. No memory. Excellent for tight spaces. It's not going to replace your 18v or bigger for HEAVY work, like a hammer drill, or masonry, but if you are using an 18v for driving screws or drilling holes, this is an excellent drill/driver for the money.

My first one was borrowed and not returned, so I got another exactly like the first. I typically sink 3" deck screws for a period of 1 1/4 hours before needing a recharged battery. It takes just 30 minutes to recharge.
