Rugged belt sander design for production use
The Bosch 4 x 24” Belt Sander was designed specifically for production sanding jobs as well as jobsite applications. Ruggedly built, it has a magnesium transmission housing to reduce the weight of the tool along with replaceable wear inserts to protect the housing. It has a powerful 12.5 amp motor and can handle flush sanding to vertical surfaces. The front handle folds back out of the way when you need to get in a tight corner. A lever action belt release makes belt changing quick and easy. The belt runs at 1,550 surface feet per minute (SFPM) and can be adjusted by a knob to run true even if the belt is put on slightly askew. A dust port adjusts so that you can use up to 8 mm thick non-woven belts and still pick up the dust. The belt sander comes with the dust bag assembly, sanding belt and steel platen pad. Does not attach to vacuum hose. Made in USA.
