The full-wave electronic speed control provides full torque and constant speeds from 5,000 rpm to a maximum speed of 20,000 rpm, which in turn allows for micro drilling. The spindle operates on precision ball bearings resulting in smooth low vibration drilling, sanding, and polishing. The spindle is fitted with a lock button to assist in accessory changes. The fiberglass reinforced body is ergonomically designed with a soft grip that provides comfort and control while working. The 3/4'' (20 mm) collar fits on the drill stands and vises for added versatility. Powered by a quiet, high-quality, permanent magnet motor, the rotary tools can be used for milling, drilling, grinding, polishing, brushing, cleaning, deburring, sawing, carving, engraving, and rust removal. The PX-8472 comes complete with 43 bits and cutters in a durable plastic case. Made in Luxemburg.
