A special cutting position allows the Festool Kapex to have a cutting capacity as large as 4-3/4" (120mm)!
Festool's clever engineering results in the Kapex's work surface being equal to the height of a systainer 1! You may already have all the jobsite material support you need!
The Kapex's base is made of a magnesium allow that is lightweight but durable! Rubber feet in each corner provide useful traction and fit into the grid hole pattern of any Festool multi-function table!
Included angle transfer device eliminates complex angle calculations! Just copy the angle from your wall to your saw!
Dual-line lasers define the entire cut area!

    Once you commit to purchasing a Festool, you can start to enjoy the percision and refinement of their tools. The subtle differences between a $650 Dewalt slider and a $1300 Festool are mostly realized when installing stain grade finish material. I am really happy and excited to be able to use this tool in the field for many years. Also the dust extraction is pretty good also, far better design than the unit mentioned above. Lighter and smaller footprint are an added plus for moving from site to site.
