Standard European Cabinet construction uses 2 rows of 5mm blind holes located on 32mm centers on each side panel. This 32mm (or Euro-Style) construction system allows for easy customization of the cabinet. Shelf pins, drawer runners and other accessories are all based on the 32mm measurement.
Connecting European Cabinet boxes is easy with these 5mm connecting screws. Drill out the appropriate 5mm holes, insert the female sleeve, then connect the boxes by tightening the male screw, exactly aligning the cabinets. There are now two choices for the Female Connecting Sleeve: For 3/4" thick materials, use the 35mm (1-3/8") length; for 5/8" thick cabinet sides, use the 27mm (1-1/16") length. For different panel thicknesses, choose the proper length male screw from the list below. Designed for use with the 32mm system, these fasteners have metric M4 x 0.7P threads. Male screws may also be used for metric drawer pulls. Clear zinc plated. Uses #2 PoziDrive bit or slotted bit. Taiwan.
