Make plugs which will almost exactly match the grain pattern of the wood surrounding the countersunk hole. Note that 1/2" cutters and smaller run well at about 1000 to 1200 rpm, run larger cutters at 600 to 800 rpm. Designed for drill press use. 1/2" max. plug length.
