The 6-position adjustable turret depth rod enables stepped or repeated plunge cuts with this 3-1/4HP plunge router. The plunge range is a full 3”. The trigger is incorporated in the large handles (gives the operator better control) and has a lock-on feature for repetitive cuts. E PC-7538 is a single speed (21,000 rpm) while the PC-7539 has 5 electronically controlled speeds to accommodate a variety of cutting applications. Both units have soft start to counteract the start up torque. Auto-release collet systems make bit changes easy. The motor housings and bases are precision machined aluminum with sealed switches and ball bearings to enhance the tools’ durability. The PC-7538 and PC-7539 models each include a router motor, plunge base, 1/2" collet, collet wrench, and operating manual. Made in Mexico.
