Delta 1/2 HP Motor Mortiser

A multi-position feed lever, adjustable depth stop and adjustable rack and pinion feed system are just a few of the handy features on the Porter Cable Mortiser. Combine those with an easy to open drill chuck and a 180º rotation of the head column for off-table mortising and you’ve got the makings of a much easier job. A large cast iron base can be mounted to your workbench or tool stand. The 3/8" chuck can handle chisels and bits up to 1/2" x 1/2". It has an adjustable dovetail way on the mortising head with a gas-filled head-stabilizer. A height attachment adds 1-3/4" of capacity under head. Supplied with a tool and chisel tray to keep them close at hand. The PC-14651 includes the Mortiser with induction motor, 3/8" chuck and key, four mortising chisels and bits (1/4" x 1/4"; 5/16" x 5/16"; 3/8" x 3/8"; 1/2" x 1/2"), tool and chisel holder, and riser block. Imported.
