The CMS Router table can be purchased one of two ways – as a standalone unit or for use with a MFT/3 table. And both of these can be purchased with or without accessories, so you have lots of options for the best router table on the market. The CMS router table can be used with either the OF 1010 or OF 1400 routers. It cannot be used with the OF 2200 router. The GE model can be used as a table top version with the legs folded or as a stand-alone when the legs are unfolded. And because Festool thinks ahead, the height of the unfolded unit matches that of the MFT/3 and Kapex UG Extensions for seamless integration. It also has optional infeed and outfeed tables, optional sliding table and miter gauge. The base unit includes router table, router module and fence, and auxiliary dust hood with starting pin. The set includes all of that plus a miter gauge, sliding table, table extension, and dust extraction hose set. The CMS VL shares the same functionality and features as the CMS GE, but cannot be used as a standalone, free standing router table. It must be used in conjunction with the MFT/3. The CMS dust hose set (488292) is not compatible with the CT MINI or CT MIDI Dust Extractors. The 14-3/4" x 17-7/8" outfeed table can increase your support area and can be set up in just minutes.
