The standard since the days of the Gold Rush
Stiletto Tool Company has been providing professional grade hammers since 1849 but these aren’t your great, great grandfather’s hammers! The Titanium head on any Stiletto hammer delivers 97% of the swing energy with only 45% of the weight of most steel hammers. That means that you are less tired at the end of the day. You’re also less likely to develop some of those nasty side effects like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in your wrist, elbow and shoulder. That’s because its Titanium head dampens 10 times more of the recoil vibrations than a standard steel headed hammer does. Stiletto Titanium head hammers are available with your favorite kind of handle whether it is straight or curved, 18”, 16” or 14-1/2”, Hickory, Fiberglass or Titanium, or 14oz., 16 oz., or 10 oz. in weight. The heads and handles are all replaceable so if you change your mind or just wear it out, we’ve got you covered with mix and match replacement parts. There is even a cool (no really, I mean cool to the touch too – no heating this up first) shrink wrap handle option. The shrink wrap molds to the shape of your handle for a better, more secure grip. Made in China.

Comments about Stiletto Hammer - 10 oz. face & 14-1/2'' hickory handle:
The hammer was delivered and I thought the box was empty. The hammer is really light to carry and easy to use. I had to add some blocking while on a remodel in a 80 year old house. The framing hammer was down in the truck and I used the trim hammer to drive some 16d commons into petrified yellow pine studs. Worked great! Light to carry and hits like a 16oz.

About Me Avid Do-It-Yourselfer
I was a tad reluctant to buy this hammer, not because of the price but because it weighs so little. Man, have I been pleasantly surprised. It packs as much wallop as my 40-yr-old steel hammer, but with none of the fatigue that comes with putting up a fence or mounting cabinets. I got one for my son, as a Christmas gift!
