High-Power Magnetic Stud Finder
If you think all magnetic stud finders are the same, think again. This high power, no-batteries-required stud finder uses two super high strength, high tech neo-dydium magnets instead of the wimpy little permanent magnets used in most magnetic stud finders. I have used an infa red stud finder and always had trouble finding the exact location of a stud. This makes it easier.

My exterior walls consist of sheet rock against foil-backed, 3/4" rigid insulation, against 2x6 studs. Electronic stud finders are foiled by the foil and cannot find the fasteners.This neat little baby FINDS those fasteners and stays on the wall while I answer a phone call. I just go back to it, mark the location and continue finding others. I gave two others as gifts because I liked it so much. I store it against the outside of my steel tool chest because it sticks hard to it. I just slide it off the cabinet corner when I need it.
