Starrett Woodworker’s Fractional Dial Caliper

Are you constantly surprised by the quality of your woodworking joints? Do tenons fall out of the mortise, or are your dado’s sloppy? Then Starrett’s new Fractional Dial Caliper is designed for you! Its woodworker friendly 1-3/8" dial has both fractional and decimal graduations, making it easy to work in the most appropriate or comfortable measurement system. The outer, yellow fractional scale has 1/64" graduations, while the inner, white decimal scale has .01" graduations. Hardened stainless steel has been used for the bar, measuring surfaces, rack, gears, and depth rod for long life and dependable accuracy. Moving the 6" capacity caliper head one inch rotates the needle through one revolution. Made in Starrett’s own mainland China factory.
