Tired of countersinks that slip on the drill bit after one or two holes? After tightening the set screw half a dozen times, the drill bit is usually so scarred up that there is no hope of any further adjustment. Make it Snappy countersinks are designed so that the countersink locks onto the hex shank, and the drill bit slides through the center. A set screw allows adjustment of the drill bit for different screw lengths. Because the drill drives the hex shank of the countersink, instead of the drill bit itself, slippage is eliminated! The bit may be replaced with equal sized bits of any point design or length.

best countersink that myself, and co workers ever have used . got us dreaming of the time when we had these bits .(lol ya sounds a lil much , but i love good tools) so had to seek them out again as to purchase again.
Preferred over other driver bits.

About Me Casual Do-It-Yourselfer
I am used to using a driver bit which through a little release can be easily switched from a driver bit [square recess of course] to the drilling portion. The problem with this [other] bit is the countersink width is not 3/8 inch. Thus the screw head does not sink well. With the Snappy bit McFeely's offers, it does sink easily into the countersink. My fantasy tool would easily make the switch and have the 3/8 inch countersink.
