Grass Frameless Mounting Plates

It may seem like overkill, but when a child swings on a kitchen cabinet door, you’ll probably appreciate the extra support provided by these 3 point Frameless Euro-Style hinge mounting plates. They are available in three different hinge heights to allow mounting on full overlay, half overlay, or even inset doors. Grass' CS mounting system allows installation and removal of the hinge from the mounting plate without tools. The plates feature three point fastening pattern for a stronger hinge, and cam screws provide vertical (+/- 2mm) and depth (+/- 1.5mm) adjustments. Nickel Plated to match the hinges. Installing Grass Euro Hinges: Options Make It Easy!
Hinge and Mounting Plate Selection:
1. Determine your overlay and thickness of the door.
2. Choose your hinge opening angle and door overlay (see chart below) to find the appropriate mounting plate and soft close adapter.
3. Order five screws (#0605-FPN) total for each hinge/plate combination.
4. Drill the correct size (35 mm or 40 mm) cup hole based on the size of the cup. Add 17.5 mm or 20 mm to account for the radius of the 35 mm or 40 mm hinge cup plus the distance between the edge (DBE) for hole placement.
