Grass' UndermountDynamic NT Full extension slides are pretty incredible. For starters, the slides mount under the drawer, completely out of sight, so drawers look like they glide on air. That image is reinforced when you open the drawer – the drawer opens with just the right amount of resistance, but has an absolutely silky smooth action. Closing the drawer is like magic. When closed about 3/4 of the way, a hidden hydraulic actuator within the drawer slide gently pulls the drawer the rest of the way closed, and a SoftClose damper cushions the final millimeters of movement to an almost imperceptible thump. The best feature of these innovative slides becomes apparent when it’s time to remove a drawer. Simply grasp the green levers under the drawer, squeeze, and lift. Reinstalling the drawer is a snap. Slide the drawer back onto the slides and push it closed. The drawers spring loaded catches automatically engage the slides. Grass has designed the slides for use in face frame and Euro-style cabinetry. With a complete selection of mounting holes on standard 32mm centers, the Grass Dynamic NT’s fasten directly to the cabinet walls of Euro style cabinetry. When installing in face frame cabinets, use front and rear mounting brackets, included with each set. The brackets provide for toolless side to side adjustment as well as a height adjustments. The slides have 100 lbs. dynamic load ratings, and 125lbs. static ratings for a lifetime of trouble free operation. Takes a 18" drawer. Minimum Cabinet depth is 18-13/16". Supports drawer side thickness of 13mm - 16mm.

After installing new vanity top I realized a dummy drawer front could be used for an additonal drawer. This brand of hardware matches that of other drawers. It's heavy duty, much more than necessary for this small drawer, but I like the action of the original slides. And this one is cheaper than many I found on the web.

The drawer slides I've been looking for!

As a full time carpenter and part time cabinetmaker, I've used many different drawer slide systems: These are by far the best slides I've found when it comes to smooth operation and ease of installation. I would still use a side mount ball-bearing hinge for heavy full-extension drawer (such as filing) locations, but for everyday uses in kitchens and baths theses are the only way to go. Well worth the money.
