Value-priced 3-axis adjustability!
One-piece hinges are convenient, but generally don’t offer much in the way of adjustability. The TEC864 Grass hinge is different. It is adjustable vertically, horizontally, and in and out towards the cabinet face by way of special cam screws, has a 108º swing, and is self-closing. The Grass TEC864 hinge uses a 10 mm deep, 35 mm (1-3/8" approx.) mounting cup hole, drilled 2.5 mm from the edge of the door. Use (2) #6 x 5/8" (0605-FPN) Phillips drive mounting screws to attach hinge to door. Use (1) #8 x 5/8" (0805-PSL) pan head screw to attach hinge to frame. Purchase screws separately. TEC864 Grass hinges are sold individually. Made in USA.
Note: These TEC864 hinges are the replacements for the old-style ACC181 hinges.

Hinge was advertised as having 1/2" overlay. Was actually about 7/16" even after moving cup hole over a little, forcing me to trim edge of door. Also, the hinge holds the door off the surface too far, causing a minor appearance problem.

This was purchased as a replacement for a Grass hinge that we had on our cabinet doors. The hinge fit into the same hole easily, however the screw holes needed to be redone but it fit the cabinet well.
