Industrial hinges that let you use more of your cabinet space!
These hinges are tough enough to withstand the rigors of commercial and industrial environments. Hospitals, offices, retailers, and schools all need hinges that open wider than most kitchen cabinets. Using a full overlay hinge, these will open the door a considerable 270°, giving complete access to what is in the cabinet. They use a 35mm hinge cup (MP-3011 purchased separately)and a 45/9.5mm boring pattern. These are recommended to be used on frameless cabinets with side panels of 19mm (3/4”). Grass® Institutional hinges can be adjusted +/- 2mm in height or from side to side. These zinc die cast hinges are nickel plated and the cover cap conceals the mounting screws. Purchase two mounting screws MP-5125 separately. Made in China.

Comments about Industrial Hinge Arm:
You should know that part of this hinge is not concealed. It's attractive but not totally concealed. I like it.If you use a PDF to get your cup drilling info, be sure to note that the 8mm holes are not for screws. They're for cups designed with inserts that get pressed in. The screw-on cup uses something more like a #6 flat head so that you would use an appropriate Vix bit. I also learned that it's imperative that you drill ONLY the 35mm cup hole. After you square up the cup, then drill for the screws. I'm in the process of using this hinge for my kitchen remodel because it eliminates the problem of roll-outs colliding with hinges. Will have more to say it about it in the future. It's very nice looking too.
