These new Micro-Fiber Cleaning Cloths
pick up dust most cleaning methods
leave behind. The secret lies in the micro-fiber material. It starts with a single fiber smaller than a human hair that is then slit 16 times to increase the surface area (each slit is only 10 microns wide!). The fibers are then woven into a nappy cloth that has millions of spaces waiting to trap dirt, grim, or even liquids. Fortunately, washing the approximately 16" square cloths in soapy water releases all the trash so they’re ready for the next task. Don’t wash the cloths with lint producing materials though, or the absorbent spaces will be filled with lint. Use the general-purpose blue cloth dry or with a light mist of water for demanding jobs.
