Worked great for applying Tolex to amp

I have tried just about every adhesive out there for applying amplifier tolex and now i conclude that hide glue is the best. If you keep the bottle heated to under 140f it thins out nicely for brushing, and if the relative humidity is low and room temp is over 70f it works best. Use on raw wood only if possible. Be careful how you store as it does have a shelf life of 1 yr only. Oh, and McFeely's has this at the best price bar none!

About Me Casual Do-It-Yourselfer
This product is being used on an antique roll top desk. It is excellent for glueing loose areas on antiques. It is clear and one does not see errors very readily.
