Not a tight fit

The Kreg system is great. I found it easy to use from the get go. I decided to use plastic plugs for the ease of use. Plugs did not fit well at the shallow end. They simply would not pull down tight to the wood like the leading edge. Tried adjusting the plug with no improvement. I will not use plastic plugs again. Only solid wood, glued and sanded in place plugs from now on.

easy hole cover

Just make sure you have your holes deep enough to use this product; shallow holes will block the cover on the screw head. Once I figured this out , they were a snap!
