Whether you are using
ball bearing or Euro style drawer slides on your face frame or even frameless
cabinets, these Kreg mounting tools will make the job faster, easier,
and more accurate. The Universal Drawer Slide Jig uses a set of heavy
duty magnets to position drawer slides from most major manufacturers
(including Blum, Alfit, Amerock, Hafele, Hettich, and Liberty)
and has a magnet to allow positioning of center mounted slides as well.
Slides reference off the intersection between the stile
and rail on face frame cabinets, and off the front edge on frameless
cabinets. Reference marks help position the slides at the desired location
on frameless cabinets. Once positioned, use a Kreg framing clamp (purchase
separately) to secure the jig and fasten the slides to the carcass.
