Check your tools without fussing over terminal connections!
Now you can check your tools, light fixtures, and outlets for power with the non-contact voltage tester. It emits a high intensity green LED light to indicate it is operational and help to illuminate the work area. When voltage is detected, the light turns bright red and sounds a warning tone. A digitally controlled on/off button allows you to turn it off when done, but an auto shut off feature conserves the battery when you forget and beeps to warn you it’s turning off. The green light will flash and emit a warning tone when the battery gets low.
You can test from 50 to 1,000 volts AC with this tester. Enclosed in a high quality polycarbonate housing, this tester is lightweight and can clip to your pocket and is small enough to fit in your pocket. Supplied with owner’s manual and (2) AAA 1.5 volt batteries. Tester measures 5.5" L x .72" W x 1" H and weighs 1.6 oz. It operates from 32º to 104º F, up to 80% humidity. Made in China.
