No-Co-Rode screws have significantly more plating on them than most other "corrosion resistant" screws, and that’s the way we want it. The extra thickness increases fastener life considerably. However, because of production variables, the coating is sometimes thick enough to affect driver bit fit. We would rather go a little overboard than under plate the screws and shorten the fastener life. "No-Co-Rode" Drivers have slightly undersized tips and fit the plated recess of a NO-Co-Rode screw perfectly.

Comments about Pack of 6 #2 x 6'' Ball Detent ''Undersized'' No-Co-Rode Driver Bits:
I've been using McFeeleys square drive system for years and really like it. Main uses have been deck construction and cabinet construction using pocket hole screws.

Perfect for driving the NoCoRode screws. Would like to see the bit somehow marked as undersized but other than that this product worked as advertised.
