No-Co-Rode screws have significantly more plating on them than most other "corrosion resistant" screws, and that’s the way we want it. The extra thickness increases fastener life considerably. However, because of production variables, the coating is sometimes thick enough to affect driver bit fit. We would rather go a little overboard than under plate the screws and shorten the fastener life. "No-Co-Rode" Drivers have slightly undersized tips and fit the plated recess of a NO-Co-Rode screw perfectly.

Comments about #2 x 4'' Ball Detent ''Undersized'' No-Co-Rode Driver Bit:
I wish I purchased the 6 inch model. The 4 inch is a bit too short for the angle when using a Kreg jig.
