No yellow backbone in this bit

Comments about Yellow, #0 x 2'' Square Driver Bit Ball Detent:
Small screws are usually a problem if you do not have just the right size phillips or flat screwdriver. Then along came the square head #4 screws and associated drive bits. Now the woodworker can easily screw in those #4 screws with ease. McFeeley's #0 drive bit makes this job a cinch. Its square head fits perfectly into the screw head and has not popped out of the screw until it is well seated. There is onne thing to note about using the bit. You need to use the #4 square head screws that can be gotten from McFeely's as well. I have tried screws from other manufacturers and they are not as well made and the specs vary a lot. So my recommendation is to use bits and screws that you get from McFeely's - they are worth it. Also I would recommend getting away from the flat and phillips type screws and go for the square or star screws instead.

I had one off brand #0 bit that I was planning on using when I placed my order for screws. After driving about 50 screws, the off brand driver was sloppy. I ordered a couple of these #0 bits from McFeely's, and I've driven another 150 screws so far. This bit is still a tight fit in the screws! I'm really happy with the quality at such a low price.

Nice SQ drive bits.

I have been using square drive wood screws and SQ drive bits for woodworking projects for quite some time, and find them to be far better than the slot or Philips drive screws. Once you use square drive fastners, you won't want to use other fastners. McFeely has some of the best selection of SQ drive fasteners and bits around.
