Starrett Lockset Hole Saw Kit

If you’ve tried using one of those cheap, off-brand home-center grade hole saws, you’re in for a treat. If you spring for an industrial quality name brand hole saw, Starrett can save you money. Unlike most, Starrett manufactures its own hole saws. That gives them control over the quality, and avoids the high prices caused by relabeling another manufacturer’s parts. Now you can have traditional Starrett quality at a price more like that of the home-center cheapies. These bi-metal saws feature a variable pitch tooth for fast cutting in a variety of materials - mild steel, cast iron, brass, aluminum, and wood. (Use a coolant when cutting metals.) Arbors are made in USA. The remaining items in the kit are made in China.
