These Stainless Steel Hanger bolts have wood-screw threads at one end, and machine threads at the other. Screw one end into wood, and the exposed end provides a machine threaded stud making it ideal for storm proofing windows. Note that the corner bracket is not included with the hanger bolt. I use stainless steel hanger bolts for dowel and eucalyptus branch bird perches. McFeely's hanger bolts are always straight and true with clean-cut threads.
