Most earmuffs bother my ears, but trying these on they really were very comfortable. They cut the noise down alot. I bought a pair for my grandson and he really like them. He is very sensitive to loud noises and these really cut down the noise for him.

I have a 24X30 shop with several pieces of machinery. I also have a dust collection system going whenever I am using a machine, jointer, planer, etc. Great hearing protection from this product.
Serious Noise reduction

The adjustment band is too stiff over the entire length. Whereas some brands have wire that holds the muffs to the ear, I found that much movement, like mowing lawn, blowing leaves, these earmuffs tend to "walk" off my head. However, in my shop, they perform quite well and the overall noise reduction is awesome. An overall great value.

For the money, these are the best buy i found. with the 29db reduction rating, the cost was below or compatible with any of the 24 or 25db reduction compatible products i could find. I bought a couple pair so they would always be handy.
