In commercial applications, Plylox™ works well with aluminum-framed window casings that are at least 1-1/2" deep. Plylox™ should be used with 3/4" plywood (CDX grade or better) that is in good condition. Avoid material that has delaminated, is easy to bend , or is badly warped.
