The perfect answer to non-magnetic screwdrivers

Are you tired of having the screw fall off the tip of the screwdriver just as you are applying pressure? Square drive screws go a long ways towards ending this problem but the Fast Cap Mag Tip may eliminate it altogether! This handy tool can be applied to any screwdriver or even the 2”-6” power bit drivers you put into your electric power tool. It’s easily removable so you can use it on multiple bits in your tool box. And the magnet is so powerful, you can pick up dozens of screws or even the weight of a full sized machinist square. You’ll never lose another screw with this tip on your tool. The opening is 0.26” I.D. Made in China.

      Comments about FastCap TIP MAG:

The magnet is too strong for the plastic sleeves. We build and install custom cabinets, after a few months the flange on the sleeve wears off and the magnets slip out. Their strong holding power makes it difficult to replace them in the sleeve. The Jack Rabbit magnet was longer lasting, if not quite as powerful

        Comments about FastCap TIP MAG:

I run a cabinet shop and bought every apex, magnetizers, etc. I could find. Hands-down this is the strongest magnet out there and holds our T-17 tip screws better than anything else as we get start to drive and screw in.

        Comments about FastCap TIP MAG:

This does not reflect my experiences with other Fastcap products, they usually make thoughtful, usable tools and accessories. It appears that both Fastcap and McFeely's fell down on the job with this one. Why? It doesn't fit the McFeely hexagonal drivers. The Jack Rabbit was just fine. Bring it back.

        Comments about FastCap TIP MAG:

I've purchased 5 of these items because of their quality..They fit the 1/4" round drivers great, but due to the fact that the 1/4" hex drivers measures roughly .264 inches,I had to make some slight adjustments with the tip magnet..Using a micro torch,I slightly heated the outer body of the magnet where the magnets separate, which allowed me to force the hex bit through the magnet..It seemed to have fixed the issue with the fit..The process took maybe 10-15 seconds
