FastCap's ProCarpenter Old Standby FlatBack tape measure has a rugged compact casing with a built in pencil sharpener and a lever action belt clip. 1" wide blade lays flat making it extremely easy to read and transfer measurement lines. The side of the case has an erasable note pad (for pencils only!). Standard English measurements across the full width of the tape measure. 16 foot length. Made in China.

This tape lays flat and is much easier to use in a shop for doing layout than a regular tape and more accurate.
Great for accurate measuring.

If you are a woodworker, this tape is for you. Probably not the best for carpentry due to it not having rigid arc.
