Wax sticks tend to dry out, need tobe in resealable plastic bagsWorks well to fill old screw holes when changing cabinet hardware. Be sure to chamfer the holes before filling.

FastCap Softwax Kit

I found the product easy to use. What I found that was neat is the following. I had a space between two pieces of wood that needed to be seamless. I matched the color of the finish with the Color wax and laid it on the space. I took a hair dryer and heated the wax and it was sucked into the space between the wood. Just like working with copper pipes. No space now, looks great. Just keep in mind it's the last step in the finish.

I use this product all the time for my KIT/BATH remodel co., and it works great on the the smooth surfaces of cabinet fronts or crown, and covers all the color possibilities. The product leaves excess when rubbed into hole/gap, which is scraped off with plastic scraper, then buffed smooth with buff pad. A heat gun can be used with care to make product more pliable. The only compaint I might have is that only one buff pad is included. To prevent cross color contamination, more pads are needed, but otherwise a great product.
