Each Fein Drill Press features the QuickIN system for quick and keyless tool changes. With QuickIN, tools simply click into place and fit perfectly every time. It’s four times faster at core drill changes than a Weldon fitting. Even better, there are no wrenches needed and there’s no need to change the drilling position or re-center, simply drill a hole and immediately tap it! There’s also no need to worry about buying all new parts, just use your current drills and accessories with M 18 x 6 or Weldon fittings with an adaptor for instant tool changes. Fein Drill Presses come complete with an adjustable double dove-tail guide, a powerful magnet with magnet monitor system, integrated cooling lubricant supply, electronic overload protection, self start protection and a compact design.
Ideal for core drilling, twist drilling, tapping, countersinking, reaming with a high performance motor, reverse capability and a MT 3 chuck. This Automatic model is the first fully automatic core drill unit with a digitally controlled drill feed for repeatable and consistent boring times. Features a mechanical three-speed gearbox for increased drilling capacity with slower speeds and, electronic speed control to maintain drilling torque. A highly accurate concentricity is achieved using a combination of QuickIN and MT 3 chuck. The high torque, high-performance motor is perfect for efficient core drilling up to 3-1/8" (80 mm) and tapping up to 1-1/8" (M 27). Packed with extensive safety features that come complete with a torque slip clutch, visual magnet holding power gauge, and Viseo Touch Pad controls. Includes a tool case, coolant tank, safety strap, chip hook, a threejaw chuck, a QuickIN adaptor for M 18 x 6 P 1.5, 2 centering pins, a drift guard and a touch guard.
