Reduce Vibration, Change Lengths Easily I’ve battled band saw vibration ever since I bought it in the early ‘80’s. I’ve re-balanced the wheels, stiffened the frame, added ballast, and changed the pulleys, but the most effective and least expensive “fix” was to install a Power Twist belt. It is made of short inter-locking sections so it seems to run truer, and transmit less vibration. The inter-locking Power Twist links belts make it easy to adjust belt length (no more frantic trips to five stores trying to find the correct belt length). The A/4L 1/2" size is the most common for woodworking equipment. Made in USA.

Passed the nickle test after I finally got the nickle balanced. The reduction in vibration is uncanny. Installed one on my 39 year old 10" Craftsman contractor saw and my Delta 14" band saw. Wish I had done so long ago. Anyone buying this belt will never have a regret.

Perfect for a lathe drive

The drive belt on my wood lathe finally died. Instead of removing bearings on the drive end of the lathe, I was able to quickly install Fenner Power Twist and get back to work. Time and expense saved were substantial.

I was surprised how easy they go together and are simple to install. My old Craftsman band saw works much better and quieter now since I've installed the power twist belt.I plan to instll more on all my machines that need belts. Great product. If it works for me it will work for you too.
