Comments about Template for Flip Bolt:
Jigs are usually great ideas...they allow for faster, more accurate repeatable results. This jig got the job done, but with a few negative caveats. First off, I wish Fastcap would have made it 3/8" thick so that a stock router bushing can be used without modification. Second, there are no instructions with it. I used the single slot portion on the jig. When I went from one side of the countertop joint to the other, I flipped the jig, not realizing that the other side had a shallower cut. My Flip bolt would not fit.
