FAMOWOOD® Instant Wood Repair can be a godsend if you have a gouge in an antique piece of furniture. The material is easy to apply and can be shaped to match the original surface. The ready-to-use formula in a cartridge contains less than 1% VOC (volatile organic compounds) and no solvents. It’s also fast setting (approximately 5 minutes), non-shrinking, easy to sand, and accepts stains and paint after 1 hour. Finally, it’s cleverly made in light brown to help you with matching it to most woods.

This products does as it says it will do and does it well, I could only give it 3 stars due to the difficulty with applying it. The product is in two parts and mixes in the long tubes which after a few minutes makes the mix nearly impossible to push out. Although you get two of the tubes I used them both and still only used half the filler and since there were no more tubes the rest of the filler went in the trash. Even so I would purchase this again.
