Double-bevel Sliding Compound Dewalt DW717 10 inch Miter Saw

Reliable and durable construction at an affordable price pretty much sums up the Dewalt DW717 10 inch miter saw. When you’re using a 10” slider, you’re looking for a good blend of versatility and capacity and, because you’re most likely to use this on the job-site, you’d like some time savings as well. The DW717 manages to give you much of that with its exclusive bevel detent system (7 positive stops for repeatability), and an adjustable stainless steel miter plate (11 positive stops). Compare the vertical capacity and motor to similar-priced competitors and you can see why the DEWALT is a favored tool. One area to note, however, is that dust collection isn’t as convenient or effective as other models, making this an outdoor tool for the most part.
