The new 3” x 2” RailLok deck bracket attaches to rail posts with four 1/4” diameter lag screws or #10 or #12 screws to form a saddle for a 2" x 4" or 2" x 6" deck railing. A wood screw or lag screw is then driven into the bottom of the railing to secure it to the RailLok.
