Looking for a waterborne lacquer with the warmth and depth of a nitrocellulose product? Look no further! Not only is it abrasion resistant, it’s self-leveling properties make it easy to use, and an almost imperceptible amber cast gives it the natural look of a traditional lacquer. Three degrees of sheen are available in CrystaLac top coat: Gloss (90), Semi-Gloss (60) and Satin (30). Top coats are compatible with all other CrystaLac products except Floor Finish (Polyurethane). Topcoats should not be tinted. Coverage: approximately 125 square feet per quart. This slow-drying formulation discourages air bubbles from forming during application, and allows any that do form to diffuse on the surface.
Available in Satin, Gloss and Semi-gloss in Quarts and Gallons. Satin Quart is pictured.

Comments about Quart Gloss Brushable CrystaLac:
Followed directions on can exactly. Product raised the grain. Fuzzing and grain raise was really bad on end grain cuts and routs. Thankfully, I tested the product on wood scraps from my project. Although, the water cleanup was nice, I'll be sticking with traditional oil based stains and finishes.
