Big holes and wheels in wood, plastic, or soft metals are easy with these tools. Circle cutters leave a ridge on the waste disk, and a smooth sided hole. Adjust depth of cut and diameter using the supplied hex wrench. Not for use in hand held drills. High speed steel cutter stays sharp longer, and cuts cleaner than ordinary tool steel cutters. Maximum safe speed is 500 RPM. Working range is 1-3/4" minimum diameter to 7-7/8" maximum diameter.

Just a little pricey. General is a good old U.S. name but, Made in China does not deserve this cost. Although, it works fine and looks good.
Performs exactly as I wanted.

The circle cutter performs exactly as I wanted it to and cuts down my production time by 15-20 minuetes per piece. And I am able to meet deadlines. The only thing that might be inproved on, would be to make the inch increment to stand out more.
