Comments about 1'' x 18 ga. Brads, 316 Stainless Steel:

When I do high end outdoor Trim (Ginger Bread) I will normally make-up and glue most miters in my shop and then field install as an assembly using stainless steel brads to hold fitted joints together while the exterior adhesive cures. The Miters never open and the brads never leave a rust stain as time goes by Well worth the added cost
