Comments about CMT Bowl & Tray Router Bit:
The CMT bit is easy to use and follows a templet very well. It makes a very nice shallow serving tray with a nice arc along the edges. The bit cleans out the center of a tray leaving a very smooth bottem. If you are making a shallow tray as I have that is 1'4 inch deep, you need to make a templet that is 1/2 inch thick. The bearing on the bit is up about 1 inch from the bottom of the bit. This bit is built to very high standards.
