But while it may be satisfying, for most woodworkers, hand sanding can be extremely tiring. The “Preppin Weapon’s” unique ergonomic design and lightweight, foam filled construction provides a comfortable grip for less tiresome sanding, and it’s made of high-impact ABS plastic so you don’t have to worry about breakage if you accidentally knock it off the work bench.

The Preppin Weapon uses 1/4 sheets of 9" x 11" paper-backed sandpaper or 2-3/4" file paper (adhesive sheets may also be used). A coil spring clip secures up to four sheets of sandpaper at once, saving you reloading time. Stainless steel levers control the all-stainless clamping mechanism, so there is nothing to rust. In fact, the Preppin Weapon is ideal for wet sanding, since the foam filled body floats! For convenience, Preppin Weapon is available in four colors (Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue), so you can load different grits in each one and readily select the desired grit by color.
