  • Tenon Taper: 2°
These button plugs are slightly tapered to ensure a tight fit. When fully seated, the domed head will protrude above the wood surface. The grain runs in the direction of the plug thickness, as if it was cut from a dowel. Made in USA.

                This product was used to cover up 14 holes for togglebolts anchoring three 4-inch oak boards supporting a floating shelf in the closet. Worked great. I decided to glue the plugs in place since there is no reason to ever remove the boards.
