If you install a lot of window and door trim moldings, you probably have a few home-made gauges and guides to help you achieve nice uniform reveals, and few tricks to make the measuring process easier as well. Wouldn’t it be nice to consolidate it all into one work belt friendly tool? If you don’t install a lot of trim, this tool will significantly reduce your learning curve. Bench Dog’s Trim-Loc has tape measure hook slots to make measurement of casing miters easy, and a nice offset step that provides 3/16" borders (or reveals) where the casing joins the jambs.
